Joe and I give you two thumbs up as an awesome real estate agent and as a loving, caring person. You went way above and beyond anything we could have imagined. You stepped up and gave us directions regarding what needed to be done to prepare our home for sale. Then you led us to the best people to perform the tasks. We were totally clueless and you led us every step of the way. You were extremely compassionate and considerate of the situation we were in. You made so many trips to our house to turn off lights (left on by other agents), run the sweeper, clean up, etc. I am confident no other agent would do that.
